I love this place! It’s a fun, hip place that has great vegetarian, and vegan food. I really enjoyed having so many options on their menu. The place stays pretty busy but I never feel rushed which is nice. The interior reminds me of a 50’s diner, and it’s in a really cool area in Los Feliz. There are incredible bookstores near the old Los Feliz theater. If you are an artist, a writer or someone who appreciates the arts you could spend an afternoon in that area having fun. Buy a book, grab lunch at Fred 62, and chill at one of the coffee shops, and read while sipping coffee.

Good and not super expensive food. The decoration reminds me to the old tv shows, so cute. Good service.

Mostly go to this place for the Bossa Nova Waffle. Not much other food that I enjoy here. Parking is public so it can be hard to find a spot. Wait times vary and you dont have to wait to be seated. Just go in and find your own seat.

We had an absolute blast for a late night meal where else can you go get delicious food for the $10 for the delicious beer to follow? Although yours truly doesn't drink beer my friends are able to enjoy a couple of glasses of fun stuff some cheese fries and a delicious burrito and who could leave without having a sloppy Joe with shoestring fries?Loved our server Chris! East Coast Cool Straight forward and she kept the late night service just as good as daytime and kept the wait to under 10 minutes!! Come get some sloppy joes!!

Fred 62 is always a great go-to diner after concerts or clubbing. Honestly I have yet to go here during the morning for breakfast because I'm so used to going here as a night cap. But I'll usually order breakfast anyways because its equally delicious. Either the silver dollar pancakes, bearded Mr. Frenchy or Bossa Nova waffles (which technically could be a dessert) are my usuals.They've changed many times over the years as well as their menu, for the better though. Lot more healthier options like vegan/vegetarian options and even a selection of ethnic foods. Overall, I believe it is the quintessential diner in Los Angeles and it encompasses how much LA is an amalgam of different walks of life.

Fred 62 is a cool, colorful 24 hour diner! It's a great place to stop in for a quick bite or sit down with friends for bit of a longer stay. The Dime Bag is a great choice if you are looking for a variety of breakfast foods in one platter. The pancakes are fluffy, the hash browns are crisp, and the bacon is perfection! I highly recommend a stop here if you're in the area!

Want to Thank All The Fred 62 staff for an excellently prepared and Packaged Breakfast/Brunch for my wife and I during these (Stay Home) times. Can't wait to go back and sit down but for now Thank You for Staying Open!

Stopped in for a quick shake - delicious! The service was very friendly and the setting was like stepping back in time. Didn't try the food but it looked like your typical American diner fare.

The flaming Mac and cheese balls are what life was made for, and that grilled cheese has Lay's potato chips *Inside of It*. Tons of great options for anyone looking for comforting diner food.

I grew up with Round Table Pizza and sadly I live where there is not one. Had a wonderful time visiting old stomping grounds and of course the pizza is still spot on!

Food was good but the House Mango-Lemonade was the bomb. They do get a lil busy late at night on weekends, but Joey the Manager was super cool and attentive.

This is my go to for Malts and fries, SWEET POTATO FRIES! The service is amazing, and their new Mac Balz are amazing!!!!

Fred’s is a good choice for any meal at any time of day. They have a solid classic dinner menu with a few unique specialties like Mac n cheese balls and pot pies. The staff is always super pleasant regardless of the time of day. My one qualm is the outside of the building has 24-hours painted on it but they definitely close for the wee hours of the morning.

This is the descent restaurant! They have a perfect menu. We had the lasagna, it was cold in the middle. The pizzas look great, and that's different! We will be having this next time!

Fred 62 offers a copious amount of food. I've been here about three times and I thought the food was just ok. Staff are attentive and friendly; service is okay but not great. During Brunch, they messed up a friend's order but they rectified it. The wait time for food is decent enough to say the least. Breakfast are good. Their 🥞pancakes beret are tasty, soft, and fluffy. Strawberries and OJ are fresh. Prices are relatively $$ fair (e.g., $5 OJ medium size, pancakes $10). Outdoor seating is available in-front and side of the restaurant. Street parking available. Overall, it's a modest restaurant.

The Dime Bag is my favorite breakfast item here. Eggs (anyway you like 'em), hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, tomatoes and pancakes. Excellent. We usually sit outside. The Vermont side is usually a bit loud, but the other street is very pleasant.

Little johns! Tried the place out a few times and the location and layout is great, but honestly the staff was pretty slow. Too bad really because this place is in the heart of Los Feliz village and it should be on the mark.I'm sure they will get it straight in time.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years now. They never disappoint. Their friendly service is high standard. My favorite is their hamburgers. Mmmm, mamma Mia their food is too amazing. You definitely need to try this place atleast once and you never know you might join the select group of customers for life.

The sloppy joe was great, but the onions ring could have been better. Either the batter was bad or they needed to change the oil because it tasted like fish.

Amazing. The no meat burger plus the vegan milkshake was pure satisfaction. The place was slammed busy but the staff was extremely attentive. Constant check ins, prompt service, and most importantly friendly service.It was recommended to me by a group of people in the street for late night eats. Definitely fit the bill for a midnight meal to put those eyes to rest. Next time I'm there I'll have to try the impossible burrito.

Fun, delicious and please before you leave this mortal coil try the bearded french toast. We sat outside and watched the parade of hipsters, and other brilliantly unique souls pass by

Quirky diner restaurant with creative dishes and good service. The Frito pie, cornbread pot pie, and the patrami short rib were all awesome. They also have daily specials and special partnerships (recently with Tokidoki) that keep me coming back and checking what's new.

A bright, cheery, delicious little diner that seems to have well captured the heart of it's community judging by the constant flow of people and the recommendations that lead me here. The breakfast burritos are wonderfully filling, and massive, which is not often something you find in town. It's even better with avocado in it, just saying. They are also super dog friendly,bringing out bowls of water to keep them happy and hydrated. A great place for breakfast

Always there, always satisfying. Kind, quick service. Welcoming atmosphere with fun people watching in the later hours. Maybe a bit more expensive than the average LA diner, but hey, Fred’s is above average. Even your vegan friends will have options. An all-around classic.

I've loved this place ever since I was a teenager. Brought some friends here tonight and they all enjoyed their food and service. Juicy Lucy burger is forever my favorite and the bosa nova waffle for dessert.every.time. I miss their old staff shirts with the witty and offensive sayings on the back. I wish they would bring em back but their new hipster customers probably wouldn't be too thrilled. Regardless Fred 62 is the place to be any day of the week.

Fred's has been around for a long time. The food is satisfying in the true sense of the word. After trying hot new place as they pop up thru the years I still always come back here. It's guaranteed yumminess 😋

Milk shakes are great here. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Try the breakfast burrito; it won't disappoint. I miss the deconstructed chicken pot pie, but I understand why they retired it.

Nice brunch, they know how to do poached eggs. Big breakfast menu, nice brunch one, and Bloody Mary's and Mimosas, too. We had a large group, 12, sat outside. Excellent service, which can be tough with a big group. Bravo, Fred 62, and thanks for a fun and carefree brunch.
